The Wabash Independent Living and Learning Center is a nonprofit, community-based organization that is run by and for people with disabilities. Our mission is to empower people with disabilities to ensure that they have full and complete access to community resources to promote their independence. As an Indiana Center for Independent Living, The WILL Center serves residents of Vigo, Clay, Putnam, Parke, Owen and Vermillion counties.
