The Leadership Academy of West Central Indiana is a driving force in talent development and business sustainability across our region. We are dedicated to identifying and cultivating the area’s most promising emerging leaders — those who will shape the future of our communities and industries. PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

1. Must work or reside in West Central Indiana (Clay, Sullivan, Parke, Vermillion or Vigo County).
2. Attend 85% of all class sessions and actively participate in all meetings and group projects. An Employer Agreement will be sent to selected participants to be signed and returned to ensure managers/supervisors understand attendance requirements and program dates.
3. Tuition of $2,500 for Chamber members (any regional chamber) or $3,000 for non-members. 
4. Apply what you learn during the Leadership Academy to further your professional growth and positively impact your organization and West Central Indiana.

SCHEDULE

The Leadership Academy will start in September with an Opening Retreat and conclude at May’s Graduation event. Monthly meetings are scheduled from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, September through May. Participants are expected to attend in person; however, due to unforeseen circumstances, if necessary, some classes may take place virtually and participants will be notified accordingly.
