Essential Duties and
Responsibilities

Manage all list request for data. Including communicating with the requester to ensure
appropriate details are included to provide a quality and accurate list in a timely manner.
Including organizing and managing the output on time. Writes queries, exports and
reports to retrieve and analyze Raiser’s Edge data and data stored in other systems for
use by Foundation and University users.
Serve as point of contact for all data systems used by the ISU Foundation including
Alumni Finder, Constant Contact, Crescendo, Reeher, Live Alumni and Omatic
Softwares. Also serves as database administrator for Blackbaud RE/FE products.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities

Responsible for all high level internal and external reporting, data analysis, and research
including but not limited to annual reports, endowment reporting, university and
Foundation strategic planning, campaign reporting, committee and board reporting.
Facilitates/leads/prepares presentation of reports, data and analysis for senior
leadership team, campaign cabinet and board committees. Implements policies,
procedures and guidance for users regarding data entry in Raiser’s edge and other
constituent data systems. Collaborate with Foundation and University Advancement staff
to create unique strategies to support their work. Schedule regular meetings with
department members for updates and new project assignments.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities

Lead and Manage the Advancement Services Coordinator, Gift Services Manager,
Research Assistant Director and student workers. This includes onboarding, training and
task management. This also includes monitoring, directing and observing these
positions for accuracy and efficiency for data projects, ensuring all gift entry follows the
policies and procedures of University Advancement and CASE standard and completion
or delegation of position duties in their absence. Continuously monitors gift entry and gift
agreements to ensure all IRS regulations are followed.

Responsibilities

Serves on the Advancement Leadership Team. Develops and implements service
processes, tools and policies for advancement services and ensures appropriateness,
relevance and integration across Advancement in support of Development and Alumni
Engagement. Provides leadership and management support to the Advancement
Services function and teams, including establishing direction, goals and metrics.
Manages gift processing and review of donor gifts and pledges to ensure donor intent
and accuracy in reporting. Manages IT support and the advancement database to
ensure timely updates of donor records. Oversee process improvements in
advancement services to streamline tasks and increase efficiency. Manage prospect
research and implement a policy for coordination of prospect research with directors of
development. Manages Advancement Services departmental budget.

Serve on the PCI Compliance Team to assure our constituency of secure data, and
keeping up to date on current needs for the next SAQ. Including management of all
confidentiality statements, such as a yearly audit and request for new user signatures.
