Trust Operations Associate





Reports To:

Trust Operations Manager



To help facilitate daily compliance, mid-office and operational tasks


Job Entry Requirements

-     High school diploma or equivalent

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Strong accounting and 10-key skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Familiarity and understanding of tax reporting issues, laws, and consequences preferred, but not required
  • Computer proficient with familiarity with Microsoft word and Excel
  • Banking history and/or Trust background preferred, but not required


Primary Activities

  • Create various forms, models and processes 
  • Facilitate trust administrators with account issues, research and various acct maintenance
  • Provide backup to various operations functions
  • Monitor workflows and assist with policies and procedures
  • Assist with tax reporting duties
  • Assist with trust accounting system conversion due diligence and planning
  • Assist with overflow of operations and mid-office duties
  • Assist with special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Bank Secrecy Act


  • Maintain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing/PATRIOT Act and OFAC regulations
