Summary

Customer Support for Business/Retail online banking and bill pay customers.   Train and enroll business customers in the Retail and Corporate Online products.

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Bank experience preferred with knowledge of AS400, Onbase and CSPI.
  • Excellent customer service with written and oral communication ability.
  • Call Center experience a plus
  • Initiative for problem solving.
  • Initiative to learn ACH origination file formats, rules and regulations.
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Internet Browser and mobile phone knowledge
  • Ability to demonstrate online products and provide support as well as train businesses

  • Customer Support 
  • Train New Online Banking Support Clerks for Retail/Business
  • Work with Electronic Banking Specialist and Project Manager to resolve issues
  • Enroll and Train all Business Customers
  • Demonstrate online products such as ACH, Positive Pay and Wires to potential customers.
  • Process maintenance changes
  • Process billing/invoicing for online banking, bill payment and ACH
  • Monitor ACH files, maintain agreements
